If you have just updated to Windows 7 or bought a new computer with Windows 7, this in-depth class will cover the new features on the Windows 7 desktop, teach you how to work with enhanced files and folders and new and enhanced programs in Windows 7, as well as look at the new security features in Windows 7. Students will also learn how to troubleshoot problems in Windows 7. |

| Intro to Computers |
Designed for students with little or no computer experience, this course introduces you to Windows-compatible computers. Learn about the standard and additional equipment used in conjunction with the computer, such as CD "burners" and DVD-ROM drives; terminology; and handling of floppy and compact discs. Students will also learn to work with a few Windows programs and the Internet. For those interested in purchasing a computer, the class also covers the key items that should be considered. |

| Upgrading to MS 7 |
Students who want to upgrade their computer to one of the Windows 7 versions can attend one of the upgrade sessions offered on this date. In each session students will be able to upgrade their own computer to Windows 7 with the assistance of our instructor. Anyone who wants to upgrade from a Windows XP machine must attend the morning session because there is no upgrade from Windows XP to Windows 7 and a complete installation is necessary. Class size will be limited so please be sure to register early. All students must purchase and bring the Windows 7 version needed for their computer and their computer to class. |
